3. Estimates & Insurance Claims
We provide free hail damage assessments and assist with insurance claims as a courtesy. However:
- Estimates are based on visible damage at the time of inspection
- Final pricing may change if additional damage is discovered during the repair process
- While we can guide you through insurance paperwork, final approval and payout is at the discretion of your insurance company
4. Payments & Billing
Most of our customers use insurance coverage for hail repairs. However, if you are paying out of pocket, please note:
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
- We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved insurance payments
- Any additional costs not covered by insurance are the customer’s responsibility
5. Customer Responsibilities
